ATTRIBUTE GAUGES

Plain Plug Gauges GO/NOGO

Cylindrical plain plug gauges are essential for determining hole dimensions, ensuring they remain within the specified upper and lower tolerance limits. The GO gauge checks the lower limit, while the NO-GO gauge ensures the upper limit is not exceeded. Proper usage of GO and NO-GO gauges eliminates the need for complex and costly measuring tools, simplifying the inspection process. The inspector only needs to verify whether the gauge fits or does not fit within the inner diameter of the component.

Setting Ring Masters GO/NOGO

Cylindrical plain ring gauges are used to check outside diameters of parts as well as for mastering measuring instruments. Plain ring gauges are used to set electronic bore gauges, air gauges, internal micrometers and length measuring instruments. The go ring gauge is used to verify the high limit of the part and the no-go plain ring gauge is used to verify the low limit of the part.

Snap Gauges GO/NOGO

Snap gauges are used to quickly check if the outside dimensions of a part match a preset dimension or are within a certain tolerance. They are a type of limit gauge with fixed gaps, and are often used in manufacturing or metalworking.

Measuring Pins

some Measuring pins are manufactured to various standards, including IS 11103: 1984 and DIN 2269. Here are things to know about measuring pin standards:
